How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your name, phone, and delivery address. We'll call you to confirm the order and give you an estimated delivery time.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order requirement. However, orders over $75 qualify for free delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Call or text us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash only at the time of delivery. Please have exact change ready — our drivers do not carry change.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver throughout the greater Phoenix metro area including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Glendale. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, place an order and we'll confirm during our callback.

Most deliveries are completed within 1–3 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on demand and distance.

Delivery is $10 flat. Orders over $75 qualify for free delivery.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes. Someone 21 or older must be present to receive the delivery and show a valid government-issued ID. We cannot leave orders unattended.

Yes. All Grow Sciences products are tested by state-licensed third-party labs. THC and CBD content is listed on each product.

Any valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing date of birth — driver's license, state ID, or passport. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

Can I order if I have a medical marijuana card?

Yes. Arizona allows both medical and recreational adult-use cannabis. Your medical card is not required to order, but you're welcome to present it.
